A few years ago I was carrying too much weight — professionally and physically. I was capable, experienced, and quietly running on fumes. The career looked fine from the outside. The body told a different story.
I lost significant weight and rebuilt my health — not by burning everything down, but by learning to think in checkpoints. Small, honest, sustainable moves stacked over time. That same process led to leaving a career that no longer fit and building something I actually believe in.
That philosophy runs through everything I build and everyone I coach. I'm a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the International Coach Academy and an ICF member, graduated July 2026.
